Nice looking and sounding guitar that's got a vibe. The strings sound balanced on both pickups. Guitars don't need to be expensive to be good, and I was getting that inspiring feeling just listening to it.
I think its a cool looking guitar. At that price level it's usually just a Strat a Tele or an LP copy, but this even has its own unique vibe. I really like it and would love to try one out!
Hartwood seem to be the only budget guitars that are doing something other than copies. At least theyre trying to do things a little more unique/interesting
I do enjoy chilling to your charming ditties. Does go to show though, if you have a good amp, a relatively cheap guitar can sound every bit as good as a more expensive instrument. I cannot say the same about a high end guitar through a cheap amp. The amp is the key imho.
Something about a good player being able to make _anything_ sound good and a poor player making _anything_ sound like junk ;) I will say there is an interesting frequency peak that seems to come out no matter which pickups are selected... an EQ might make that not stick out so much. It almost sounds like some of the 12 string sounds from years gone by. If you like that sound, this is the one for you.
I have the speed way hartwood,l also sent back a hartwood charger issues encountered so far are the frets, finding dead notes notes not ringing out, fret buzz as well cause of it, had on both guitars same issue, frets being higher or lower with fret rocker, can be fixed but shouldn’t really have to on a new guitar that’s still few 100 £’s

Reviews like this have me seriously considering trying one of these and maybe a couple of others from Hartwood. Thanks for posting it.
Those pick-ups sound really good for below $300

Always great to see a decent modestly priced guitar. 👍
Looks great, seem to be holding tuning also well with mild tremolo, all in all great VFM 👍
That Daphne Blue progression is one of my favorites.
Sounds great. Love the lead sound - is it a Helix patch tone ?

Fun fact that scale length is 25.5. Great for us lower tuning guys.

So do these have a 50% tariff in USA? Asking for a friend.
Looks a bit like summit Josh Homme would have played in his early QUOTSA days
Totally agree! Which makes me want one even more.
I think Heartwood guitars look gorgeous but i'm nervous to try to buy a guitar from over seas.

I hear more pick noise than usual
Duesenberg quality? Reverend quality...same Korean factory.
