Also, look at what happens when Jill goes to sleep on the couch with the MC; as soon as she gets some intimacy, she's all over him. Alternative route might be to visit dad and later have a decent, innocent party at Bella's house with J&M (optional), Jill and Bella.

not to be rude, but I think that theory is bs, Bella and Jill are like sisters or mother and daughter, I very much doubt they had any type of intimate relationship, however, they both Bella & Jill like the mc and are starting to have feelings for him, that's the main reason why they feel such tension and the reason why Jill says to the mc that she doesn't want to do anything in Bella's house... not only out of respect that they are guests in her house but of doing something that can be called kind of disrespectful to Bella considering her feelings for the mc.
